This recipe make for a delicious and refreshing desert that would be great on a hot summer day. The recipe serves 8 with each slice having about 55 mg of THC. Which makes for just enough to give you the perfect buzz to help take your relaxation even further.
Ingredients in Filling
- 1 package of cream cheese (softened)
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup of key lime juice (can be regular lime juice)
- 1 tbs grated lime zest
- 1 8-oz container of whipped topping.
Ingredients for Pie Crust
- 1 1/4 cups of crushed graham cracker
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup of cannabutter (melted)
- Prepare the pie crust first by mixing together the graham crackers and the sugar well. Then add the cannabutter and mix until there are no more dry parts. Press the mixture into a 9 inch pie pan.
- Bake at 375° for 6 minutes and then let cool.
- To prepare the filling you must first beat the cream cheese and milk until smooth.
- Stir in the lime juice and zest, mixing well. Then fold into whipped topping.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Garnish with whipped topping and lime slice then chill for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy the pie but make sure to eat the crust.
